As of right now, there are no regulations, licensing, or policies regarding tooth gems. Its always a good idea to check with your local health department and operate with a business license and insurance.
Teeth whitening can be done by Supreme Court ruling (FTC vs. North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners) and few select states have their own policies or restrictions.

Many service providers are beginning teeth whitening at different starting points- some have chairs, most of the supplies, a light, some have nothing. I give you links to every supply and you can choose what you need, buy at your pace, and possibly save money by not getting duplicates!
The online training can be done in a matter of hours- but the real practice begins when the training is done. I recommend a lot of practice before working on a real client or person and you'll want to rewatch videos and memorize application.
One of my biggest issues with training is the lack of support afterwards. This is why I created a private community that myself and my past trainees are active in. In addition to troubleshooting, we would love to see your wins, your gems, and your business grow!

Work for yourself, add a new service to your studio, work as a team, in a dedicated space or mobile... the options are endless. In the large majority of states and countries, teeth whitening and tooth gems do not require dental school or licensing to perform safely and legally. However, your training, sanitation, and insurance should be the best of the best to avoid any issues. I teach with Oregon tattoo sanitation guidelines (the strictest in the country) and quality materials.
